1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • You received a defective product.
  • You received an incorrect item.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original packaging.

4. Return Approval Process

Once your request is received:

  1. Our team will review the details.
  2. Additional information may be requested if necessary.
  3. If approved, return instructions will be provided.
  4. Returned products may undergo quality inspection before refund approval.

SnoozeBerry reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria.


5. Refund Policy

After the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Processing times may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, and financial institutions.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
  • Our support team will assist with replacement or refund options.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

If cancellation is approved before shipment, a full refund will be initiated.


8. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable.
  • In cases where the error is on our part (wrong item, damaged item, manufacturing defect), return shipping costs may be covered by SnoozeBerry.

9. Refund Processing Time

After approval:

  • Razorpay, UPI, Wallets: Usually within 3–7 business days.
  • Credit/Debit Cards: Usually within 5–10 business days.
  • Net Banking: Subject to banking timelines.
